To start with BestInvoicing, click on "create account" at the top right. This is automatically a professional account that you can try out for free for 14 days. During your trial period or after it ends, you can choose to renew your subscription for a month or year, or switch your subscription to a free account. This free account is valid forever. If you wish, you can still convert your account to a paid account.
Each account you create is always a full account with a 14-day trial period. During or after your trial period, you can decide not to renew the account and to switch it to a free account. You can switch between a paid subscription and the free subscription at any time.
Because we do not want to surprise you with unexpected costs, you can renew your subscription yourself whenever you want and for any period. Your subscription will therefore never be renewed automatically, but you can easily and quickly order additional monthly or yearly in your account.
No. All apps are included in the paying account.
The modules that connect with other software or services are free, but in many cases you also need an account with the other software, which is not always free.
No. Your account will remain in our system with all your data. So if you are late with renewing your account or if you want to pause your account, no data will be lost. To permanently delete your account, please contact us via the contact form.
The free account is limited to 3 documents per month. The paying account has no limits.
The full subscription includes 5GB of storage space for attachments. Documents such as quotations, invoices and credit notes that you create with the billing software do not count. The storage space is therefore only for extra attachments that you upload to BestInvoicing yourself.
